Unscrew cap and remove plasic plug in bottle, attach the vent clip over the opening and secure the top back on the freshener, once secure tip the bottle upside down for a few seconds to allow fragrance to penetrate the cork top/lid then place clip onto the air vent in vehicle. whenever you need a scent boost just turn bottle upside down for a few seconds .
